Responsibilities:
The BCBA/ Clinical Supervisor is responsible for designing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, overseeing implementation of treatment, and providing parent/family consultation. They are responsible for supervising, training, and supporting all team members. They collaborate with other professionals including school personnel and other service providers. They assume all professional responsibilities and prerequisites in performing clinical oversight and training, maintaining credentialing, and pursuing ongoing professional development.
Essential functions:
- Identify and define skill acquisition and behavior reduction targets
- Identify learner’s reinforcers
- Develop individualized, step-by-step treatment goals
- Add goals to the learner’s Rethink account
- Analyze data
- Modify goals as necessary
- Train team members in the implementation of programs- including modeling, observing, and providing feedback
- Generate progress reports
- Ensure learners and team members have and maintain all materials necessary to run their programs
- Conduct functional behavioral and developmental assessments in order to design evidence-based behavior plans
- Submit assessment/reassessment reports to insurance for authorization
- Identify caregiver/family training goals
- Communicate goals, and provide training and support for caregivers/family members
- Collaborate with all team members and other service providers
- Ensure all team members uphold the standards of the organization and maximize resources
- Perform all center based and team based duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification
- Masters in Applied Behavior analysis, special education, or related field
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Experience providing parent/family consultation
- Experience conducting above specified assessments and submitting insurance reports
- Experience designing, implementing, monitoring, and modifying behavior plans

Schedule:
Part-time: 19 hours/week
Full-time: 38 hours/week
Salary:
$90,000 - $120,000
Commensurate with credentials and experience
